Do I need prior songwriting experience?
Not at all! Our songwriting lessons are designed for complete beginners to advanced songwriters.

What style of music do you teach?
We cover a variety of genres, including pop, rock, jazz, classical, musical theater, and more. Let us know what excites you, and we’ll build your lessons around your goals.

Do I need to play an instrument?
While an instrument usually helps facilitate the songwriting process its not required that you play or sing. Our instructors are happy to accompany your songwriting journey.

Should I take 30 minute or 55 minute lessons?
We offer 30 minute trial lessons for the student to see if the instructor/instrument will work for them. For adults and youth 16 and over, we recommend 60 minute lessons.

What if I've never written a song before?
That’s completely okay! Our lessons provide a supportive and encouraging space to help you build confidence at any stage of your songwriting.

Do you offer more than one-on-one writing lessons?
